The tool that we have been using at Striv HQ to fix this issue is time.is. This website will check if your device's clock system is on time or off. Open this page on both devices to synchronize the two clocks together. This should stop the issue where you stop the clock on the RCS app and it is off compared to what is showing in Wirecast. To confirm that the time has been updated you'll want to see your screen looking like the screenshot below where it says "Your time is exact!".
