Setting Up Your Template To Stream

Introduction

This article is a guide to quickly making a Wirecast template. This is intended to be used when there is little time and a template must be remade entirely. 

Starting the Template

-Open Wirecast, Select "Create Empty Document"

-At the top of Wirecast, select "Output" < "Output Settings".

-With the "Destination" set to Striv TV, click "OK".

Then use your email for your Striv Dashboard where it says 'Username', hit 'Authenticate', and enter the password you use for your Dashboard.

That should be all you have to do to ensure your stream goes to the correct player.

Lastly, select the Add button in the lower-left corner. Then, in the destination drop-down, choose Record to Disk MP4. Next, change the Encoding box to match the 'Encoding' settings used by your live stream.

Click "OK" to save the Output Settings.

At the top menu, click File and Save. Next, enter a name and change the destination to the Desktop for easy accessibility.

You are now ready to stream to your Striv channel.
