      How do I correctly set up an AVMatrix capture card or video switcher?

      Adjust your capture card or switcher settings within Wirecast to improve video quality.

      When adding your AVMatrix capture card or video switcher into Wirecast, one page is important to double-check before beginning to stream. It is the 'System Device Properties' (Circle with three dots) menu. When you have added the AVMatrix device, it should match the image below. 

      The properties to change or double-check are:

      • Video Format: YCbCr 4:2:0
      • Resolution: 1920x1080
      • Frame Rate: 60
