Why Should You Schedule Your Events?

Striv continues to roll out new applications to enhance the viewer's experience. These include our Schedule page, the iOS, and Android mobile apps, our brand new Fire TV app (pending), and our Roku app. So to get the most use out of these new features, we ask that schools schedule their events in their dashboard. It is really easy with the step-by-step guide below, and there is even an option to bulk upload the events all at one time. Again, this will make a big difference in both helping our viewers and you, the school, when it comes time to broadcast your event.

 

Add Events

In the Add Event section, there are three options; Add a New Event, Manage Existing Events, and Bulk Event Upload.

Add a New Event

A new event will be created by filling out each input field, pictured below, and then clicking 'Create Event.'

Manage Existing Events

There is a list of created events in the manage existing events area. Note that once the scheduled time of an event has passed, it no longer appears in this list.

On the right side of each event is a pencil icon to edit the event and a trash icon to delete it.

Bulk Event Upload

Below is a video detailing how to use the bulk event upload feature.

Post Score

To post a score, you must create an event for the game. Once the scheduled time of that event has passed, it will appear in the first dropdown.

Once all the input fields have been filled out, and the 'Post Score' button has been clicked, we will update the scores on your school's page.
